About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing agency, Snazz Productions. This is a permanent, fully paid position where you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing initiatives, encompassing public relations, social media management, lead generation, email marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, paid ad campaigns, and PPC strategies to ensure high performance and ROI.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and business objectives.
  • Implement and oversee strategies for generating and nurturing leads through digital channels.
  • Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns, from content creation to performance analysis.
  • Handle public relations tasks to enhance the company's reputation and reach, ensuring effective communication with our audience.
  • Utilize WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom extensively for daily communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and project management.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including public relations, social media management, lead generation, and email marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads & PPC, with demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and paid Facebook ads.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience using WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom for daily communication.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and optimize marketing efforts to drive success.
  • A creative mindset, with an innovative and creative approach to developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Technical proficiency, with familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and digital analytics tools.
  • Flexibility, with the ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.

About You

You will be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. You will be adaptable and ready to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements for Application

Must have your own laptop/equipment and high-speed internet access. Provide examples of previous work, including content, design, campaign performance, and evidence of Google Ads, PPC, and paid social campaigns. Applications without examples will not be considered. Location & Compensation

Location: Fully remote; candidates can be based anywhere in the world. Compensation: Paid monthly.
