Event Coordinator

Pomilio Blumm, a leading pan-European agency in public communication, is seeking a skilled Event and Project Coordinator to join its team in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client projects of varying complexity and volume
- Map and implement a calendar of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
- Leverage best practices and integrate client-specific requirements and operating environments
- Create and lead logistics and production teams
- Create and reconcile project budgets
- Manage project timelines and contract negotiations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Professional experience in events management and logistics
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost management
- Experience in managing subcontractors and supervising junior staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to carry out numerous tasks and prioritize workload
- Flexibility to travel outside Spain when required
Language Requirements:
- English and Spanish level C1/2 and Italian (at least B2)
