About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our team at Arηs. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT Project Manager in the organization, coordination, and leadership of the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the IT Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
- Coordinate and record project progress, ensuring quality compliance with our document control policies and standards.
- Assist with monitoring project timelines and update project documentation as needed.
- Facilitate the escalation and distribution of project information to stakeholders.
- Help ensure that project deliverables align with our organization's goals.
- Support the identification, measurement, and realization of project benefits.
- Support IT risks and issues management.
- Provide administrative support to the project team as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of project support experience for IT projects.
- Experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Completion of secondary education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to prepare and give presentations.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Good organizational skills, with a focus on time management and prioritization.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Prince2 and agile.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Clarity PPM and/or JIRA.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based issue tracking and agile IT service management tools.
- Proven ability to speak, write, and read fluently in English (C1).
