Job Title: IT Project Support
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Support professional to join our team at Arηs Developments Hellas. As a key member of our project team, you will provide administrative support to our IT project managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the IT Project Manager in the organization, coordination, and leadership of the project team.
- Participate in coordination and IT project progress meetings.
- Produce IT project-related documentation, including project briefs, meeting minutes, and weekly status reports.
- Coordinate and record quality compliance according to our document control policies and standards.
- Assist with monitoring IT project timelines and updating project documentation as needed.
- Facilitate the escalation and distribution of IT project information to stakeholders.
- Help ensure that IT project deliverables align with our organization's wider goals.
- Support the identification, measurement, and realization of IT project benefits.
- Support IT risks and issues management.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports for senior management as needed.
- Advise management on matters requiring attention and implement management decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of project support experience for IT projects.
- Experience in reporting.
- Completion of secondary education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to prepare and give presentations.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Good organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Prince2 and agile methodologies.
- Experience with Clarity PPM and/or JIRA (or equivalent) would be desirable.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based issue tracking and agile IT service management tools.
- Proven ability to speak, write, and read fluently in English (C1).
