About the Role

As a Sales Executive - Aviation at Aviareps Ag, you will play a crucial role in supporting the aviation sales team to achieve revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to provide daily support to the Deputy General Manager for aviation duties in Spain & Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the aviation sales team to achieve revenue growth
  • Provide daily support to the Deputy General Manager for aviation duties in Spain & Portugal
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase market share and profitability
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the aviation industry
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking
  • Organize and execute participation in fairs, events, seminars, roadshows, and functions
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation, travel agency, or tour operator sales or related field
  • Good network in the travel industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a multi-segment account portfolio
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of GDS Amadeus, eSmash & Sabre ADI is desirable
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyze results to improve operation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish & English, other languages are a plus
  • Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality
  • Ability to multi-task
