About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SOCIAL TEC HUNTING. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electronics industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead the generation of RFQ/RFI responses and proposals to ensure timely and competitive responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in the electronics industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
