Job Overview

Role Summary

As a pivotal member of our team based in our headquarters, the Global Engineering Manager will report directly to the Industrial Director. This role is essential for driving Affinity's strategic business expansion, sustainability initiatives, and the development of a high-performing technical organization across multiple manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead capital systems that integrate strategic initiatives aimed at business growth and sustainability transformation while ensuring operational continuity.
  • Oversee CAPEX processes, including budgeting and tracking, serving as the primary contact for fixed asset management and depreciation.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and MPD teams to co-create an innovation pipeline from ideation through feasibility, design, and construction.
  • Manage resource allocation for the Technical Organization in alignment with CAPEX investments.
  • Develop project management and startup capabilities.
  • Evaluate cutting-edge technologies in the market as a key driver for innovation and process enhancement.

Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects exceeding 10 million Euros.
  • Expertise in engineering work processes and reliability engineering.
  • Strong leadership and influence capabilities.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French and Italian is highly advantageous.
