About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team at Schindler Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for elevating our world by using your expertise to enable the growth of megacities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainability reporting strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for sustainability reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate sustainability performance and progress to stakeholders through various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in sustainability reporting.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in sustainability management, environmental engineering, or economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sustainability reporting, covering regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of climate and sustainability reporting, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or consulting.
  • Excellent project management skills for handling multiple priorities in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
