Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability reporting strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sustainability Reporting Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sustainability reporting strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our sustainability reporting meets all relevant regulatory requirements, including CSRD, Swiss Code of Obligations, and Swiss Climate Ordinance.
- Manage Sustainability Reporting Projects: Oversee the development and implementation of sustainability reporting projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including management, employees, and external stakeholders, such as investors and customers, to ensure effective communication and engagement.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Maintain in-depth knowledge of climate and sustainability reporting, including industry standards and best practices.
- Master's Degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering, or Economics: A master's degree in a relevant field is required.
- At Least 5 Years of Experience in Sustainability Reporting: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability reporting, covering regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability reporting strategies.
- Excellent Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a global environment.
- Proficiency in English: Proficiency in English is required.
