Job Title: Head of Sustainability Reporting

At SGS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sustainability reporting efforts. As the Head of Sustainability Reporting, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our services related to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) assurance and sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand our CSRD services, identifying target markets and potential clients needing non-financial reporting services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor on CSRD and other sustainability reporting needs.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with industry associations, sustainability consultants, and other stakeholders to expand our reach and influence in the CSRD space.
  • Lead assurance engagements in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships.
  • Act as the strategic project lead for completion of CSRD related work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfill customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience working in the sustainability, auditing, or consulting industries with a focus on CSRD and ESG Disclosures.
