Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability reporting strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainability reporting strategy, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as CSRD, Swiss Code of Obligations, and Swiss Climate Ordinance
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability reporting into business operations
- Communicate sustainability performance to stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees
Requirements
- Master's degree in sustainability management, environmental engineering, or economics
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainability reporting, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a global environment
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
