Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
- Ensure continuity of services and coordination of standard broadcast solutions for sports, news, and other types of events.
- Focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and journeys, reacting and responding to incidents in a well-coordinated manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce reports for clients and oversee the management of resources on the Eurovision Global Network.
- Allocate resources optimally and use ES internal resources in the most efficient manner.
- Be accountable for the usage of external occasional resources in a reasonable and cost-effective manner.
- Contribute proactively to improve ES client's customer satisfaction.
- Several years of experience in customer services, preferably in the broadcasting or telecom operations sector.
- Relevant experience in broadcasting and telecom technology, with a basic understanding of transmission technologies.
- Excellent customer service approach and attitude, with excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent team player and positive attitude, with international exposure and experience working in multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of transmission technologies (satellite and fibre) and experience working on broadcast sport and news events.
- Work experience in the field of engineering, IT, or other technical aspects of broadcasting.
- Practical project management experience and a university degree (Master or Bachelor).
