About the Role
Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through innovative cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling through collaboration with Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager
- Promote the engagement process to achieve the goals of the account portfolio
- Present value propositions and differentiation for cloud solutions that align with the client's business goals and IT initiatives
- Provide a technical product overview and insights relevant to the customer's needs and usage scenario
- Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as needed
- Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers over Teams
- Conduct group training and individual training throughout the Centre on topics in which you are an expert
