About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our team at papernest. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in helping our business teams solve problems, improve efficiency, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Process Improvement
  • Automate the calculation of bonuses for our commercial team across France and Spain.
  • Develop innovative tools to automate certain team tasks.
  • Implement alerting systems to identify potential problems and anticipate market changes.
Data Analysis and Insights
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify growth levers.
  • Perform in-depth analyses on topics at the intersection of Operations, Quality, and HR (recruitment, skills development, etc.).
  • Produce ad hoc analyses and propose operational improvements.
Data Reliability and Accessibility
  • Ensure the reliability of data from various sources.
  • Maintain and develop dashboards to make data accessible to the operations team.
Requirements
  • You are from an engineering or business school.
  • You are passionate about data and digital.
  • You are meticulous, resourceful, and independent.
  • You are comfortable with SQL, data processing, and visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.).
  • You have a good level of English.
  • You ideally have skills in data science.
