We're a purpose-driven business that operates under the 'Linewize' brand in North America and Asia Pacific, under the 'Smoothwall' brand in the UK, and under the 'Qoria' brand in EMEA. Our solutions are utilized by schools, school districts, and their parental communities to protect children from seeing harmful content online, to identify children at risk based on their digital behaviors, and to ensure teachers maintain focus and safe learning in the digital classroom.

Opportunity Overview

We're seeking a B2B Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to help us attract international schools in EMEA and LATAM. This role involves developing and implementing a marketing strategy that tells a compelling story and engages our audience at every stage of their journey. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and will be part of a global marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director for EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and refine a narrative strategy to guide our marketing efforts, ensuring we connect with our audience in meaningful ways.
  • Create and manage high-quality content, including webinars, social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns, tailored to engage users at different stages of their journey.
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert our target audience.
  • Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness, at every stage of the sales funnel, using data to make informed adjustments.
  • Work closely with our in-house creative design and video production team to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs and to align operations to our global marketing standards and frameworks.
  • Provide direction to Sales Development Representatives to ensure consistent messaging and effective follow-up for sales enablement.
Requirements
  • Strong writing skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in creative, demand generation marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Creative and strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
