About the Role:
The Trailer Sales Desk is a key position within our Sales Support team at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating all commercial requests, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer calls to analyze and resolve customer requests
- Share customer responsibility with Commercial and/or Technical Field Sales colleagues
- Manage all tasks and questions concerning order handling and order management
- Guarantee high personal availability on the phone
- Monitor and follow up all order processes, including entering orders into the system, controlling offers, forecasting, and warranty management
- Regularly analyze turnovers and identify sales potential
- Develop a plan to realize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree education in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the commercial area or a similar role
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- SAP, Cognos, Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English; any other language (French, German) is a plus
- Drive to results: dynamic and proactive
