About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Architect to join our team at Dow Jones. As a UX Architect, you will play a key role in driving digital growth efforts for our B2B business. You will work closely with our Product and UX Architecture team to create innovative and user-centric experiences that engage and appeal to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user experiences that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX Design, Research, and Technology, to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component-based design to ensure scalability and sustainability
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
  • Work with accessibility experts to ensure compliance with accessibility standards
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and experience
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and best practices for mobile, web-based, and responsive design
  • Experience working with design systems and component-based design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Figma and other design tools
