We are seeking a highly skilled UX Architect to join our team at Dow Jones. As a UX Architect, you will play a key role in driving digital growth efforts for our B2B business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product and UX Architecture team to design and develop the New Factiva experience.
  • Develop user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
  • Work closely with SMEs, UX Designers, Engineering, Research, and Product teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of a scalable and sustainable design system that enables speed to market, evolution, and optimization.
  • Design and deliver user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work with the accessibility lead to ensure that all components and workflows within the product meet accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in usability, information design, and information architecture.
  • Strong understanding of component-based design and design systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with complex data-rich workflows, platforms, and design systems is a plus.
