At Dow Jones, we're seeking a Senior UX Architect to lead our UX Architecture team in delivering innovative and user-centered experiences across our B2B portfolio. As a key member of our Technology Group, you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to drive business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive UX Architecture across all publishing platforms, combining industry best practices and methodologies with your expertise.
  • Manage and lead a team of UX architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Take a hands-on role in driving the conceptualization and delivery of Factiva projects, from creating conceptual sketches to user flows to wireframes and functional specs.
  • Champion prioritization of design-centered and data-informed product enhancements.
  • Evangelize the importance of modular design, create interaction patterns in our design system, and help drive adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in CX or UX, spanning strategy, research, and design.
  • 3+ years in previous leadership roles and can effectively oversee the quality and efficacy of our digital team's work.
  • Strong grasp of UI, HCI, and UX principles.
  • Fluency in best practices for mobile, web-based, and responsive design.
