We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to lead our UX Lab, responsible for testing software and hardware with worldwide users. As the main responsible for the UX Lab, you will oversee various testing activities, including surveys, card sorting, and other required testing methodologies.
Key responsibilities include setting up the UX Lab audio and video equipment, conducting on-site or remote testing, and providing high-quality note-taking and transcription services. Excellent reporting skills are essential, as you will be responsible for transferring testing results to stakeholders.
You will also be involved in E2E (End to End) validations when needed. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of UX research methodologies and be able to effectively communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Design Field or related.
- Experience testing hardware and software with users and with different testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with survey tools.
- UX Lab management and setup experience.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership in content, team player, reliable, autonomous, organized, and analytical are key skills for success while working with a multi-national client.
