Senior UX Researcher

Rovio is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our research team and support our games in the Puzzle studio. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will leverage your passion for mobile puzzle games and user research skills to help game teams understand their audience and enable them to create the most intuitive, accessible, user-friendly, and engaging games in the mobile gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand player behavior and preferences.
  • Develop and implement research plans to inform game design and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and art, to ensure user research is integrated into the game development process.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including game teams and executives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience working in a UX Research role in a business environment.
  • Strong understanding of user research methods, including qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for gaming and user experience.
