We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, preferably in a startup or consulting environment. You should have a proven track record of leading teams, driving growth, and improving efficiency.
- 7+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experience.
- Solution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong skills in creating and developing relationships with C-level executives.
- Ability to influence/persuade all levels of staff.
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts while being in contact with top management - very high visibility and exposure both internally and externally.
