Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with our sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Participate in quarterly sales meetings to discuss company updates and sales performance
- Excellent German and English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
- 2-3 years of experience in business development and sales
- Proven experience with the MEDDPICC methodology
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
- Fixed schedule, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, CET
