Job Title: Sales Specialist for Enterprise Informatics Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a Sales Specialist for Enterprise Informatics Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and creating growth opportunities in the Healthcare IT market, with a focus on Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Proactively work with sales activities towards new and existing customers, developing and qualifying profitable Healthcare IT deals.
  2. Technical Expertise: Provide technical and clinical expertise through sales presentations and product/solutions demonstrations to customers.
  3. Market Analysis: Identify new deals well in advance in the assigned territory of Spain, and analyze customer needs to build the best winning proposal.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish or maintain relationships with current customers, taking care of their needs to maintain their satisfaction at the highest level.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological innovations developed by Philips, and recommend the best solutions to customers.
  6. Customer Insights: Collate customer insights for new product introductions, competitive & market feedback.
  7. Team Collaboration: Participate in congresses, events, team meetings in Spain & occasionally internationally.
  8. Funnel Management: Provide accurate and transparent funnel management as part of daily activity by using Philips Systems.
  9. Forecasting: Provide accurate and transparent forecast and explanations when required.
  10. Knowledge Expertise: Be the knowledge expert on products/solutions, supporting Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support.
  11. Business Goals: Support the Account managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals.
  12. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competition and changes in the industry, providing effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations.

Requirements:

  1. Previous Experience: Previous experience in healthcare IT Sales/Business Development, with a focus on software and services sales or within healthcare.
  2. Healthcare Background: Previous Healthcare experience within Radiology workflow, Cardiology or hospital IT department is seen as a big advantage.
  3. Communication Skills: Good communicator at different levels of Customer's Organization or roles.
  4. Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with customers, being perceived as the trusted consultant on Healthcare IT.
  5. Education: University degree, Engineering or IT preferred.
  6. Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish.
