- Knowledge Base: Update and document knowledge base articles and system process flows as required.
- Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment.
- System Updates: Stay informed about system updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics.
- Ticket Triage: Support the broader production team by triaging issues for other business applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with business stakeholders, development team, and other run-team members to ensure application performance and end-user satisfaction.
Requirements: Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills. Occasional after-hours support may be required due to high volumes of tickets.
