Job Title: Office Manager - LATAM Desk Operations

At The Talent Hunter, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the LATAM Desk operations and ensure alignment with regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the LATAM Desk operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for LATAM Desk inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  • Oversee and support administrative staff members, ensuring office supplies are maintained and contracts are negotiated effectively.
  • Manage office budget and ensure cost-effectiveness, organizing office operations and procedures to devise and implement new systems where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all company regulations and procedures, handling confidential information in a professional and secure manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
