MagmaCultura és una empresa líder en la gestió cultural, compromesa amb la promoció del valor del patrimoni cultural i la seva accessible per a les persones. Buscamos un/a Talent Acquisition per incorporar-se al nostre departament de Selecció i Formació.

Responsabilitats del Lloc de Treball

Les responsabilitats del/a Talent Acquisition inclouen:

  • Gestionar els processos de selecció per atreure, captar i seleccionar els millors professionals per a la Companyia.
  • Mantenir una interlocució directa amb els responsables de les diferents àrees i serveis per entendre les necessitats i definir el perfil del candidat ideal.
  • Redactar i publicar les ofertes en els portals d'ocupació i realitzar cerca activa i directa dels perfils a seleccionar.
  • Identificar el talent intern per fomentar i propiciar el desenvolupament professional dins de l'Organització.
  • Colaborar en el compliment del Pla de Formació anual.

Requisits del Lloc de Treball

El/a candidat/a seleccionat/a ha de comptar amb:

  • Una persona dinàmica, empàtica, amb iniciativa, organitzada, resolutiva i amb destacada orientació al client intern.
  • Formació universitària en l'àmbit dels Recursos Humans.
  • Idiomes: castellà i català natius o bilingüe i anglès avançat. Serà valorable posseir altres idiomes.
  • Experiència prèvia en posició similar.
  • La capacitat de fer viure experiències úniques a través de l'art i la cultura, amb entusiasme.
