The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Currency Market Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Researching prospective clients to understand their business needs and potential requirements
- Making introductory calls to new corporate clients to build relationships and identify opportunities
- Developing a sales pipeline and working closely with multiple mentors with 10+ years of FX sales experience
- Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and prioritizing the interests of clients in all sales activity
- Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business to drive success and collaboration
- Staying up-to-date with market structure changes and regulation to provide expert guidance to clients
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (not compulsory)
- Resilient, strong communication skills, and confidence on the phone and in person
- Goal-oriented and persistence, with a focus on short-term and long-term success
- Fluent in Spanish language and excellent English language skills
