About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager at AWS, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of our services. You will work closely with customers to understand their business and technical needs, and provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help them achieve the greatest value from AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies to provide expert advice to customers
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual who is passionate about AWS and customer success. You will have a strong background in technical engineering, with experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following areas: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, and Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.

You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively represent AWS within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.
