This role focuses on providing specialized sales of Business Productivity service solutions tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The primary goal of this Sales Specialist is to promote and sell Cyber Security products and services to mid-market companies. Our Cyber Security solutions empower clients to identify and address their vulnerabilities; safeguard their telecommunications and IT infrastructure, personnel, locations, assets, and data; detect threats in real-time; and ensure swift data recovery.

You will collaborate closely with fellow Sales representatives and work towards building a robust sales pipeline that meets a target of four times the annual sales quota while following up on leads generated by our business development team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify, qualify, propose, negotiate, and finalize sales opportunities for SME accounts.
  • Understand and manage customer requirements necessary for completing proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a minimum of four times the sales target.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SaaS solutions within your designated area.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and secure customer commitment.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, particularly in SaaS sales or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Cyber Security sales.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
  • Proficient relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and understandable manner for clients.
  • Capacity to establish credible relationships with National Account Managers and the Demand Generation community.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian at an advanced level.
