Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our store team, driving sales and operations, and contributing to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining quality levels and implementing visual merchandising standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and operations, including managing stock levels and optimizing store layouts.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Contribute to the development of the store team through succession planning and talent development.
