Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team and contribute to our continued expansion. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for:

Leadership and Team Management
  • Assist and substitute the store manager in leading the team and maintaining quality levels.
  • Be a role model in providing a first-class customer experience and instruct the team to continuously deliver that experience.
  • Create a pleasant working environment for the staff.
  • Develop the best possible team by planning succession strategies.
  • Provide immediate feedback and celebrate achievements.
Visual Merchandising
  • Support the correct presentation of store products and implement visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand.
Sales and Operations
  • Be fundamental in achieving results and exceeding set objectives, driving store performance to reach its maximum potential.
  • Lead the team to ensure effectiveness in implementing best practices to contribute to achieving business objectives and brand recognition.
