Job Title: Assistant Store Manager Outlet

As a key member of our retail team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration thrive. You will be responsible for representing the Levi Strauss & Co. brand image and values while working closely with the Store Manager to effectively manage the store's operations and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Store Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities for profit growth.
  2. Develop and communicate daily and weekly sales targets to the store team to drive store performance.
  3. Monitor KPIs and team performance by analyzing reports and providing actionable insights to the Store Manager.
  4. Oversee store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and scheduling.
  5. Empower and develop your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  6. Take on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations and customer service.
  7. Maintain high visual standards across the store, ensuring a compelling and engaging shopping experience.
