Job Title: Assistant Store Manager Outlet

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Malaga, Spain. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales targets and implementing profit opportunities. You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, controlling costs, and inspiring and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets and implementing profit opportunities
  • Monitor KPIs and control costs to ensure efficient store operations
  • Inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance
  • Take on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager's absence

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team
  • Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous experience in managing store operations, stock, and admin duties
  • Ability to motivate and drive your team to exceed KPIs
