About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Sports Direct. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and substitute the store manager in leading the team and maintaining quality levels.
  • Be a role model in providing a first-class customer experience and instruct the team to continuously deliver that experience.
  • Create a pleasant working environment for the staff.
  • Develop the best possible team by planning succession strategies.
  • Provide immediate feedback and celebrate achievements.
Visual Merchandising

Support the correct presentation of store products and implement visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand.

Sales and Operations

Be fundamental in achieving results and exceeding set objectives, driving store performance to reach its maximum potential.

Your Development
