Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team and contribute to our continued expansion. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing a first-class customer experience, and driving store performance to reach its maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team and maintain quality levels, assisting and substituting the store manager as needed.
  • Be a role model in providing a first-class customer experience and instruct the team to continuously deliver that experience.
  • Create a pleasant working environment for the staff and develop the best possible team by planning succession strategies.
  • Provide immediate feedback and celebrate achievements.
  • Support the correct presentation of store products and implement visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand.
  • Be fundamental in achieving results and exceeding set objectives, driving store performance to reach its maximum potential.
