With a customer‑first approach, we provide tailored solutions that instill trust and inspire businesses to join our cause.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Leadership : Manage and grow a portfolio of Financial Services & FinTech clients across EMEA, acting as their primary commercial and strategic point of contact.Compliance & Regulatory Advisory : Partner with clients to understand their regulatory challenges (e.g., UK KYC, AMLD6, PSD2) and demonstrate how Veriff’s solutions support their compliance frameworks.Driving Growth & Retention : Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling new products that address evolving financial crime risks and regulatory changes.Cross‑Functional Orchestration : Serve as the bridge between clients and Veriff’s internal teams—Legal, Compliance, Product, and Solutions Engineering—to align the product roadmap with the needs of the financial sector.Operational Excellence : Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with C‑level executives, using data‑driven insights to showcase ROI, pass rates, and fraud prevention impact.Qualifications8+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech.Deep understanding of the EMEA financial regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, GDPR) and the needs of banking and payments clients.Proven track record managing high‑value, complex accounts with multi‑stakeholder decision‑making processes.Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed retention and growth quotas (Net Dollar Retention).Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger) and a data‑driven approach to account planning.Data‑driven approach: expertise in analytical tools and performance assessment.Team selling: partnership experience with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams.Desired SkillsExperience working for a global scale‑up or startup.Previous account management experience within the IDV/IDVaaS industry.BenefitsFlexibility to work from home.4 extra recharge days per year beyond standard vacation days.Stock options to share in our success.Private health insurance coverage.Learning & Development and Health & Sports budgets you can tailor to your needs.Equality & InclusionWe are an Equal Opportunities employer committed to building a diverse and representative team.
