Fast and easy recruitment process Working hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00 About the project: We’re looking for a Danish-speaking Business Developer to handle the first stage of the customer journey for a leading insurance provider in the Scandinavian market. Your role will focus on contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, and scheduling appointments directly into the client’s calendar. The sales process itself is handled by the insurance company — your focus is on engagement and quality lead generation. Responsibilities: Represent a major insurance brand in Denmark and Scandinavia Conduct the first contact with potential customers and identify their needs Book qualified meetings in the client’s calendar Work closely with a supportive and collaborative team Requirements: Minimum C1 level of Danish language Minimum B2 level of English language Self-driven, results-oriented mindset Strong communication and customer-focused approach Ability to spot new business opportunities Comfortable working with digital tools Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is an advantage, but not required A proactive team player ready to go the extra mile Quality-focused and able to work independently What We Offer: Full-time contract (39 hours/week), Monday–Thursday Monthly salary: €1,460 gross Performance bonus: up to €250gross Modern office located in Malaga Paid training Career development programs and specialised training courses IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required Real Recruitment Solutions - we are a recruitment agency that will help you go with the process of your interviews.
