The agency culture values ownership, transparency, testing and continuous improvement.The RoleWe are looking for a confident and commercially mindedAccount Manager (Client-Facing) to own client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of performance marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, understands performance metrics and can clearly communicate results and strategy.You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations while collaborating closely with internal paid media and CRO teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day client communication and relationshipsLead strategy calls, performance reviews and planning sessionsTranslate client business goals into performance marketing strategiesCoordinate with Paid Media and CRO teams to ensure strong executionReview performance reports and present insights clearly to clientsManage timelines, deliverables and account prioritiesIdentify upsell, cross-sell and growth opportunitiesEnsure high client satisfaction, retention and long-term partnershipRequirementsProven experience in an account management or client-facing role, ideally within a digital marketing agencyStrong understanding of performance marketing metrics and xsgfvud KPIsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to present performance data in a clear, business-focused wayHighly organised with strong stakeholder management skillsProactive, ownership-driven mindsetComfortable working remotely and managing multiple accountsWhat We OfferFully remote working environmentOpportunity to work with a high-performing, experimentation-led agencyExposure to Paid Media and CRO strategies focused on revenue growthTransparent, supportive and results-oriented team culture
