You are the glue that holds everything together as you oversee the day to day running of client accounts and ensure that all strategy is executed on time and to budget.As a seasoned Account Manager, you will have the confidence and competence to support a range of diverse clients from new to market right through to more the more strategic complex clients/brands.You are a strong communicator, taking the lead on day-to-day client interactions and seamlessly sharing information and data to all stakeholders. With acute attention to detail, you oversee budget pacing, customer deliverables and take any ad hoc client requests in your stride. You are a guru on all things related to Search Strategy and Demand Side Platform (DSP) and utilize this knowledge to leverage optimum campaign outputs for our clients.As the right hand to the Account Director, you support them with strategic client communication, quarterly business reviews, presentations and developing media plans. Supporting the Associate Account Managers and Advertising Specialists, you ensure that they are set up for success with all their daily tasks which include building & optimizing campaigns, keyword development and developing Calls to Action. You are a skilled Excel user and can prepare advertising reports, interpret data and develop insights. You clearly and comfortably delegate both routine and important tasks and provide help and direction as required.You can communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles and can get messages across that have the desired effect. You make good decisions based on a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement and are often sought out by others for advice or solutions. You are dedicated to meeting the expectations and reeds of all stakeholders and always act with the client in mind.Everyday TasksCommunicate regularly with clients via calls, email and in meetings to update on campaigns and discuss campaign actions and activities.Oversee budget pacing & management, launching campaigns, strategic and tactical optimization, and all DSP activityPrepare advertising reports, interpret data and insight developmentCarry out brand and product research as requiredDevelop and present media plans to clientsPrepare and present client quarterly business reviews with strategic recommendations for growthSupport the Account Executive with client Statement of Works (SOW) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) renewalsParticipate in Beta Programs where applicableSupport the Account Director with Creative pitches as requiredIdentify opportunities to scale brands across multiple platforms and servicesSupport the Senior Advertising Manager or Account Director or with strategic client needs.Train clients on transitional engagements with DSPAd hoc client requests as requiredCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionally across Channel Bakers and all key stakeholders.Key ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of Marketing or Advertising account management experience in a fast moving, client facing environmentDegree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business or Communications preferred or work-experience equivalentExperience of Amazon Advertising is a must and exposure to Demand Side Platform (DSP) a bonus. xohynlmBusiness fluency in 2+ market relevant languages (including English)Experience of working within a high performing teamStrong analytical and qualitative skills - numbers don't scare youProficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc).Intermediate or advanced excel skills are essentialProven ability to cultivate and foster new relationships and deepen existing onesProven track history of driving your own professional and personal developmentKey CompetenciesDelegationDecision QualityAction OrientedTime ManagementChannel Baker "Price of Admission" CompetenciesDealing with AmbiguityLearning on the FlyCustomer FocusDrive for Results
