As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in our business operations, and supporting our continuous growth and expansion.Why Join Us?Real Impact : See the tangible results of your work.Professional Growth : Your journey with us directly impacts our company's success.No Strict Rules : We value creativity and innovation.Global Market : Contribute to reshaping the travel industryBytetravel is listed in the Spanish Stock Market (BME Scaleup).ResponsibilitiesIdentify partnership opportunitiesDevelop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expandMaintain existing businessThink critically when planning to assure project successCollaborate across Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and deliveryRelevant ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or partnershipsProven experience selling travel services, SaaS or tech related to big companies or resellerWorked at or with companies such as banks, credit card, loyalty programs, insurance, telecommunications, sport club etc.Understands the dynamics of the B2B - B2B2C value chainDemonstrated ability to build and scale reseller programs, including onboarding, enablement, and tiering modelsTarget Client BackgroundMid- to large-size companies, multinationals, banks, sport clubs. High-level conversations with C-level executives BDM, CMOs, CFO or Travel ManagersKey SkillsStrong relationship-building with product, contracting, and commercial teamsExperience with XML / API integrations, ancillary upselling, and value-added service packaging are a plusSkilled in pitching solutions that enhance the end-user (traveler) experience while driving partner revenueLocation & LanguageBased in Barcelona. xsgfvud Fluent in English; Spanish, French, or German are strong assets depending on region.What We OfferFlexible working hoursRemote work 1 day per weekReal Stock options, we are listed in the BME Scaleup Stock marketPrivate Health insurancePermanent contractAttractive commissions & bonus incentivesTeam building activities#J-18808-Ljbffr
