CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES? Participar de forma estratégica en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección. Dar soporte en las políticas de relaciones laborales y compensación de beneficios de la compañía, con el objetivo de asegurar el cumplimiento de la legalidad, el buen clima laboral y la competitividad externa. Gestionar las nóminas de manera mensual y otras tareas administrativas. Colaborar activamente en el onboarding de las nuevas incorporaciones. Participar en los proyectos de comunicación interna y bienestar: comunicaciones, aniversarios, cumpleaños, fiestas, reconocimientos, etc. Organizar eventos y activaciones entre los/as empleados: actividades deportivas, voluntariados, etc. Coordinar diferentes tipos de formación según las necesidades del hotel. Ser un auténtico embajador/a de marca Hard Rock a través de visitas a escuelas, presentaciones, formaciones, onboardings, Talent Days Tener una mente innovadora y creativa y con ganas de aprender.
