Human Resources Intern

**What You’ll Do**
- Support to employees in day-to-day issues related to human resources, for example, holidays, corrections to working hours, etc
- Support in HR initiatives and events
- Support the team with recruitment and onboarding activities and processes linked to our Employee Journey
- Post and update job ads on a wide range of media sources (e.g., websites, universities, social media, etc.)
- Support in administrative tasks of the department (Communications, control and update of employee data in our HR Management Systems)
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes
- Support the department in any other activity related to the position that is not mentioned in the previous points

**What We Seek**
- Recent graduate or studying the last year of a Bachelor’s degree and/or non-MBA, advanced degree within the fields of human resources, business, economics, psychology or related careers
- Previous experience in general human resources positions would be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- High Knowledge in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Detail-oriented, team spirit and collaboration skills
- Motivated person with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Creativity and good communication skills

You will be part of the HR department, whose main objective is to look after the well-being of each and every one of TherapyChat's employees.

You will help us improve our employee journey and define a company culture with which all members of the company can identify.
