Context and purpose of the job:

Within the HR Department of our branch you will have the opportunity to support the team in handling all tasks related to the department.

This internship will offer you a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and international environment, gaining valuable experience in human resources management and supporting the company's structure.

Main
tasks:

  • Keeping employee-related documents up-to-date
  • Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Updating and maintaining the employee database with accurate and relevant information
  • Recording and keeping track of employee absences, leaves, and vacations.
  • Assisting in managing employee benefits such as health insurance, tickets restaurant and other employe
    e benefits.

Requirements:

  • Must have skills: Degree on Psychology, Business, Law or Labor Relations is required.
  • Experience in similar roles, possibly within the fashion industry is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • High interest in working in a dynamic team and fast paced environment.
  • Agile mindset – open to change and able to problem solve and adapt when needed.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude
  • High English level is mandatory.
  • Residence in Spain
  • ESSENTIAL TO BE ABLE TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH SCHOOL OR UNIVERSITY

Nice to have skills:

  • Master's degree in human resources.
  • Fluency in any other language apart from English is highly appreciated (Italian,Portuguese).
  • Knowledge of SAP
