**Role Overview**:

**As a team member for our HR Team, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment processes related to strategy, technology, & data. The main responsibilities will be**:

- **Identify the best talent (through screening or research) and handle the end-to-end recruitment process.**:

- **Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs**:

- **Partnership with senior business stakeholders to align and execute the recruiting strategy**:

- **Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events**:

- **Ensuring a professional customer focused interaction both internally and externally**:

- **Working on other recruiting projects as necessary**

**Requirements**:

- **Degree qualified in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related**:

- **An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to manage up and influence**:

- **Able to work autonomously and collaboratively closely as part of a team**:

- **A high performer with exceptional organization**:

- **Excellent spoken and written English is required, additional languages are a plus.**:

- **Able to maintain confidential information and discretion**
