Sr Account Manager, Startups, AWS Startup - UKIR. Job ID: 3164301 | AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch). Are you passionate about helping innovative startups build and scale on AWS? We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our UKI Startup segment, focused on identifying and nurturing the next generation of unicorns. We’re looking for a startup Account Manager to engage with UK Fintech startups. As a Startup Sr Account Manager, you will help drive the growth of your customers, servicing their unique needs, engaging with Founders, CxOs, Board of Directors and VC influencers, and teaming with business development, marketing, solution architecture and partner teams to lead execution of coordinated go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
- Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan to manage and grow numerous accounts concurrently
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption

A day in the life

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic relationship building, technology exploration, and startup engagement. You/'ll collaborate with inspiring founders, C-Levels, navigate complex technological landscapes, and transform potential into breakthrough solutions.

We are a collaborative and forward-thinking group dedicated to nurturing startup potential across diverse industries. Our team believes in creating meaningful connections that drive technological innovation and support emerging startups in their transformative journeys.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor/'s degree
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
- 10+ years of IT/Tech/Cloud sales experience with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals selling complex cloud solutions and carrying quota
- Knowledge of UK Startup ecosystem and passion for helping Startups grow

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA, or Master/'s degree
- Experience in the financial services industry
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF CO1)
