An excellent opportunity as Logistics / Warehouse Executive is available now in Castellar del Vallès, Barcelona, within an important multinational of the luxury sector. About the job: In the position of Logistics / Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible to ensuring a proper distribution from the Central Warehouse to final customer (Pharmacy Channel) with high quality to meet customer requirements while delivering cost target. You will be the key contact between local customer service teams and interface between Warehouse 3PL and carriers.

**Functions**:

- To organize and coordinate Inbound products from Greece
- To ensure that products are prepared correctly and delivered on time in European Countries
- Delivery track and trace follow-up
- To communicate with Local Customer Service to solve customers’ complaints
- To carry out quality controls on the warehouse activities: order preparation, truck loading

and product reception
- To analyze logistics incidences and take action to reduce delivery issues
- To monitor returns
- Attend daily meetings

**Requirements**:

- University Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or Operations areas
- Spanish Native or Bilingual. English Advanced
- Availability of own car

**Specific knowledge**:

- OTC - Warehouse and Logistics Processes
- SAP and basic Excel are a plus

To successfully fulfill your role as a Logistics / Warehousing Executive, you will demonstrate you are a problem-solver person, with team spirit, well organized (attention to detail), committed, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
