Responsable de la actividad diaria de carga y cotización de pedidos, incluido cualquier procesamiento electrónico de pedidos.
Apoyar todos los aspectos de la actividad de ventas para ayudar a la empresa a alcanzar los objetivos tanto del equipo como de la empresa.
Prioriza las tareas propias para garantizar que se alcance la fecha límite acordada o el SLA.
Gestión de las consultas de los clientes de manera eficiente y profesional para una pronta resolución.
Escalar cualquier incidencia de manera oportuna al gerente del equipo de operaciones de ventas.
En Soluciones Avanzadas, el perfil SOE registra los pedidos de los clientes y no realiza cotizaciones.
