**Consumer Experience Executive**: APPLY NOW

**_Mission:_**

Ensure that ASICS consumers receive the best possible service when contacting our EMEA Consumer Experience Contact Hub.

**_Role:_**
- Manage queries relating to our E-commerce business using the software tools provided
- Use our CRM and ticketing system to enter and manage data relating to our consumers
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g. other departments, warehouse, couriers)
- Contribute to and support the implementation of the Global Consumer Experience Strategy into local markets (ie. defining service protocols, monitoring and reviewing information shared with consumers etc.)

**_Requirements:_**
- ** Service-led mindset**:

- ** High level of English. Any other European language will be valuable.**:

- ** 2 years’ work experience in a similar position will be an advantage**:

- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills / good communicator
- Empathetic, good listener
- Flexible and proactive with the ability to react and adapt to change
- Problem solver and creative thinker
- Affinity with sports
- Studies: Higher education, Bachelor Degree or Degree in Sport science and physical activity or Business Administration.
