Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing significant consumer law cases, including administrative and judicial processes involving regulatory authorities and consumer organizations throughout Europe. Collaborating with and coordinating external consultants across Europe on consumer legal issues. Ensuring adherence to relevant EU and national regulations in areas impacting Volotea's operations, such as marketing and consumer rights. Formulating strategies and liaising with pertinent departments within Volotea to enhance processes and reduce expenses while complying with applicable EU and national consumer laws. Monitoring legislative changes and pertinent consumer jurisprudence in all jurisdictions where Volotea operates, adjusting strategies as necessary. Preparing, reviewing, and providing counsel on B2B and B2C contractual agreements, including those related to Volotea's offerings, contests, promotions, and merchandising. Conducting data analysis and reporting on key performance indicators related to EU261.

Required Qualifications:

A Degree in Law and/or Economics. 3-4 years of experience advising large multinational corporations on consumer issues (experience in the aviation sector is advantageous). Proven experience in engaging with consumer law enforcement agencies. Exceptional drafting and presentation abilities. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in English (knowledge of Italian and/or French is a plus).
